libjson-glib-dev software package provides GLib JSON manipulation library (development files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjson-glib-dev
libjson-glib-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjson-glib-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjson-glib-dev *
You will get with libjson-glib-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
